SHIPPING TIMES

Once you've ordered, transit time depends on your destination:

United States: Ships within 3-4 weeks
Canada: Ships within 4-5 weeks

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. From there, you can follow your order's progress on your order status page.

SHIPPING RATES

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order's weight and destination, and are charged separately from your product total. Ordering multiple items in one order reduces your per-item shipping cost compared to ordering them separately.

DUTIES & TAXES

For orders shipped within the United States, all duties and import fees are included; you won't be charged anything extra on delivery. This is also usually the case for Canadian orders, though in rare cases involving remote delivery areas, local customs fees may apply outside of our control.

SHIPPING ADDRESS

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're unable to redirect processed orders, and delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect address information are the customer's responsibility.
